Qualtran signed an agreement with Aquagenics Technologies of Napeville, IL to commercialize some disruptive technologies in India. These technologies include, Aquagenics owned biotech and environmental technologies. The agreement entails licensing, product development and commercialization in India and other Asian Markets. “We are excited about the opportunities in India with Aquagenics and their potential” said Mr. Sandeep Malik, President of Qualtran. Also, we look forward to working closely with Aquagenics in realizing full potential from these technologies in the entire Asian Market. Qualtran is currently developing a low cost technology applications for rural market in India in close association with an Italian Design firm. While the technologies come from Aquagenics, the design and commercialization would be done jointly with Qualtran and Creo Design of Italy, said Mr. Sunil Sawhney of Qualtran.
