Cleveland, OH – February 15, 2007 – Qualtran, LLC. – a contract research organization (CRO) specialized in medical devices – announced today the signing of a new clinical trial for HIV for Millennium Healthcare LLS, USA.

This trial will be conducted in India this year. Millennium Healthcare is a New York based Medical Devices Company which has the “Hemo-modulator” technology. In the initial stages of various studies and trials conducted by Millennium, this technology has demonstrated very promising results in the areas of HCV and HIV.
